Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GaiNZ Agency's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

AI Services

Our AI services are provided "as is" and are subject to the following:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Results may vary based on input quality and context
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance levels
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use
  • Confidential information should only be shared under appropriate agreements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaiNZ Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
